Due to the damage caused by Hurricane Wilma, the following description may no longer be accurate. Please consider this when making your travel plans. This fishing tournament is about fun and charity, not about the purse. Catching the barracuda is reward enough for most, and most of the profits from this event are donated to the local school for supplies. Fishing is for four hours only on both days and raffles will be drawn several times during the competition. Your entry fee of USD125 will ease you into a panga (fishing boat) for 3 people (USD135 for a 2-person boat) and includes the hooks, lines and bait. Come and enjoy this fun event filled with lots of food and drinks.
