You have been to Hanoi--visited great restaurants, eaten fantastic food, ridden in cyclos. So why not do all three at once? Avoiding the potholes, bumps and hectic traffic, patrons are seated in mock cyclos in this French-influenced restaurant that serves a great range of Vietnamese and Western food. The Lotus and Chicken Salad and the Steak with Pepper and Cognac Sauce come highly recommended. Enjoy a cocktail or coffee while you ponder the safety of your stationary vehicle. Better not get too used to drinking hot beverages in cyclos, though; outside of this restaurant the consequences could be catastrophic.
