Once called the Bamboo Cafe, this popular and relaxed tourist spot is noted for its breezy atmosphere. Bamboo furniture and decor still remain from days gone by, though the spacious interior now accommodates six computer stations for Internet use and a Rainbow Tours information desk.

Food ranges from Vietnamese delicacies to standard Western fare. Immaculate presentation makes even an omelet look exotic and the ice-cream shakes are a bit special at USD0.60 a swig.
