Located atop the most controversial architectural feat of the last decade, the Dancing Building, this restaurant is sassy and knows it. The St. Peter's fish in champagne sauce is a favorite entree as is the duck breast in port wine sauce. A heavenly dessert tray offers rich chocolate and fruit cakes. Step outside on the rooftop terrace and take in the stunning view of the castle views over coffee or cognac. The Michelin guide claims this to be "the best French restaurant in Prague."
