A whole generation of Filipino writers, musicians and visual artists have grown up (old?) with 604 Cafe Gallery. For them, this has becomes the place to meet fellow members of the bohemian set. Food is available, but it is largely for the drinks and socializing that people pack the tables inside and outside the cafe. Different forms of visual arts are displayed regularly. There is a no-holds-barred atmosphere, with the more daring openly strutting their unorthodox lifestyles. The decor is decidedly arty and offbeat.
