Located in one of the oldest buildings on busy Pelgrimstraat, Via Via seems small from the outside, but the interior reminds you of a spacious Roman villa, extending into an arched cellar. The French menu changes every two months; each dish is prepared according to the chef's own recipes with particular attention paid to the sauces. Veal is a specialty of the house, as are waffle chips and excellent salads. The décor is unique with mural paintings by students of the Art Academy.
