Here's a zoo where you can see all three species of anthropoid apes, smaller monkeys, bongos, elephants, sea lions, penguins, animals of prey, cows and many species of birds all happliy situated on 18 hectares of land. The zoo houses more than 3,000 animals in total, with special emphasis placed by zoo attendants on 'space', 'behavior' and 'natural environment'. Besides the zoo, you can also visit the spectacular 'Safari Park', the 'Bush jungle' inhabited by tropical animals and plants, the 'Desert', and the 'Ocean', which provides a wonderful exploration of the under-water ecosystem. There are also some restaurants and a playground for children. Only cash is accepted within the zoo premises.
