This restaurant is an ode to the true John Palmer, an American that had opened a chain of restaurants in the US and where good food, friendly service and a positive ambience is central. It also has a very trendy menu that changes every two months or so. The offer several interesting dishes that bring together all kinds of tastes and influences. This certainly one of the most popular restaurants on the Zeedijk. You can also dine in the cafe or with a small group in the Captain's Quarters. The restaurant offers a slightly calmer setting while the cafe is open slightly longer and you can get a drink here. But both of them offer the same menu.
