Try the freshwater crayfish pancake or the roast marinated venison with bitter chocolate sauce. Vegetarians also have plenty of choices. Make sure you leave room for the tempting desserts such as Valhrona chocolate coulant with almond ice cream and apricot jelly. The wine list is fabulous.
