Getting there
Daytona Beach International Airport (tel:386 248 8030; flydaytonafirst.com) is just east of the Speedway. The Greyhound bus station (tel:386 255 7076, 800 231 2222; 138 S Ridgewood Ave) has multiple services to Miami.
Daytona is close to the intersection of two of Florida's major interstates. I-95 is the quickest way to Jacksonville 112km (70mi) and Miami 321km (200 mi), though Hwy A1A and US Hwy 1 are more scenic. Beville Rd, an east-west thoroughfare south of Daytona proper, becomes I-4 after crossing I-95; it's the fastest route to Orlando (1hr).
Getting around
Votran (tel:386 756 7496; www.votran.com) runs buses and trolleys throughout the city.
