Weather

As in the rest of the Great Lakes region, winters in Columbus can be long, with icy winds, lots of snow, and night temperatures often plummeting to well below zero. By June temperatures start to rise, and by July and August it can be hot and sticky. Spring and autumn manage to squeeze in around the edges and can be the most pleasant times to visit.
