Locals will tell you Bruges is a city of fine and fair weather. They might have a point come summer, when the weather is temperate, climbing to around 23°C (73°F) but there is little let up from the cold between November and January. Spring is full of colourful growth and the temperature is managable but don't be fooled - you will probably need to rug up unexpectedly sometimes.
