Diva was regarded with a bit of wariness five years ago - as another temporary entrant in the Italian/Lebanese/French food business. Well...it stayed and it's a success. It is now a fashionable hangout of the upper middle class and is a favourite for a gourmet luncheon with the society ladies. The pastas, wines, crepes and pizzas are terrific but it's not too late for them to start learning how to cook meat. Winner of the Wine Spectator Award, Diva has an ample cellar. You can sit by the window and watch the world go by or choose to browse through a good collection of books at this cafe-restaurant. Must-haves are the whole-wheat crepes, Gnocci finished in aromatic mushroom sauce, Mezze platters and grilled Red Snapper fish.
