Orient Express was a legendary train that traversed through Europe for over a century. The restaurant is designed as one of the luxurious carriages from this train. The menu insists on a five-course meal, which is a rarity in today's situation of less food in even lesser time. Voted as one of the 50 best hotel restaurants in the world, the Orient Express offers cuisines of all the countries through which the train passed. But French food rules. Sorbets appear on tables at all times, smoked salmon topped with caviar are on the top of everybody's eat-list. The live Jazz band next to the well-stocked bar adds to the whole F. Scott Fitzgerald scene.
