ALBERT MEMORIAL CLOCK TOWER

Tilting a little to one side, not unlike Pisa's more notorious leaning landmark, is the clock tower that was named for Queen Victoria's husband, Prince Albert. The dilapidated square on which it stands has undergone a face-lift. The tower itself is not open to the public.
