Guests visit this restaurant to feast on innovative sushi rolls, including spicy and Southwestern combinations. The inside decor is simplistic and the service is no-frills but cheerful. In fact, most guests cast their attention to the talented sushi chefs, displaying their craft at the bar. Try one of the original sushi combinations. A tribute to the Southwest is noted in the "Barrio Roll." This roll offers tuna, cilantro and serrano chili, served with fresh salsa. Vegetarian rolls are also available.
