Buca Lapi is one of the oldest restaurants of its kind in the city, with a few centuries of history behind it. In 1880 Orazio Lapi was named as the head of the Antinori and gave his name to this place. Since then dukes, princes and many famous people have passed through these doors. Some of the best and most authentic Tuscan cuisine is served here. One of the starters is ribollita made with aromas of the orchard and wild boar pappardelle. The wild boar maremmana is also not to be missed, as is the grilled goat. They also serve excellent Tuscan and regional wines.
