Hawaiian Love

five stars

Everything, I mean come on it's Hawaii. Who wouldn't love Hawaii. A great time to go is during whale season from Dec to about Apr-May. Such a beautiful island to visit and I would love to live someday soon.

True Blue

five stars

My husband took me in May, 2002, and it is still one of our most favorite escapes to date. The whole island is eye-candy...many beautiful and colorful sceneries to enjoy, all the beaches are true blue. The food was delicious and above what we had expected, our villa was exeptional, the natives were so welcoming. Counting the days until next time -

Not the best, but still pretty good

four stars

We last stayed in the Princeville in Kuai and loved the romantic feel. Kaanapali and the surrounding area is beautiful, but it is swamped with families. However, if you have kids and love to shop, this is the place for you. Our trip to Hana (spend 2.5 days there) gave us the romance we were looking for though. If you go to Maui, you MUST go to Hana and you should spend more than a day.

Maui is paradise

five stars

Kaanapali is my favorite beach. The view is great. The water is clear and it's close to Lahaina. I especially like Kaanapali Beach Hotel. It's not as fancy as some of the other hotels but it's probably the most Hawaiian. Snorkeling is great by black rock or go on an excursion to Molokini. The sunrise bike ride from Haleakela is a lot of fun. It 30 miles down hill on a klunker bicycle. Everyone who goes to Maui should try it.

Wishing we were there!

five stars

I love the sunset views every night. The water is beautiful, clean and full of sea life. You can relax all day at the beach, just a few steps from your hotel.

five stars

Beautiful Beaches!! Kaanapali Beach Hotel was wonderful! Great beach area and snorkeling too!! Weather perfect and locals are very nice. We will definately visit again, we stayed for 6 days in Kaanapali and 5 in Oahu, and we missed Kaanapali when we were in Oahu. We will definately stay for a lot longer next time!!

wedding/honeymoon dream come true

five stars

a must see, drive around the island, (road to hana) has some of the best sites ever! If you spend the money to go to Maui, you must take the drive.. you can swim in waterfalls, get beautiful pictures, and see the most spectular views ever! spend a little extra and rent a jeep wrangler, and take the path when it turns into a dirt road, its well worth it! Went for honeymoon/wedding, would move in a heart beat!!
