Never Again!

one star

The service was lousy. The extra spring rolls we had ordered during the meal arrived an hour after we had finished eating. Instead of apologising the staff still expected us to pay for them. On a couple of occasions they also completely mucked up the order and refused to change it. They also overcharge on the bill which is not the norm in Hanoi. Basically do
