Wasn't really looking forward to going (my husband was the one who wanted to go) but I did enjoy every minute and would definitely go back. Stayed at the Venetian and the hotel was superb. Accept Vegas for what it is and you will love it.

(Report Problem)Everything that glitters IS gold in this place of fantasy, excitement and overwhelming grandeur. Go to Wynn’s Hotel ($2.6 Billion to build) where money seems to ooze from the very walls, down to the Treasure Island and watch a full scale pirate ship in action. Walk on to the Mirage and watch water burn when the volcano erupts. Down further and spend as long as your feet will hold you up in front of the Bellagio Fountains and be mesmerised by the sheer beauty, elegance and power of the water as it shoot 240 feet into the air Shopping!!!! Unbelievable! The Forum shops at Caesar’s Palace are an experience all on its own. I could go on forever telling about the Grand canals at the Venetian, the Pyramid at Luxor, the Eiffel Tower at the Paris hotel and the dolphins at my fabulous hotel the Mirage. Unfortunately, I will not have enough space and besides I have to go back to planning my next visit. I have just come back from LV 10 days ago and I’m already getting withdrawal symptoms! Leave the kids AT HOME. It is an adult playground and you do not get many chips for cashing them in!? Everyone MUST visit LV before they die! Don’t leave it too late! Fabulous!

(Report Problem)Las Vegas is such an exciting destination. However, probally not for families as there is not much for children to do. I cannot understand how people can say, "I couldn't wait to leave!" because the atmosphere is incredible: Go there!

(Report Problem)No-one can truly prepare you for the size of the hotels in Vegas, you think that when people tell you about the place it seems like they are exaggerating....until you see it for yourself, that is whats its about seeing it for yourself. I have been to Vegas 4 times and i would go again at the drop of a hat. All the hotels have different themes and you travel the world when you stay in vegas. Egypt,Italy,France & the Middle East are all right there to name but a few. Vegas suits all budgets too, you can go opulent and spend a fortune and you can also go cheap yet you will still come away from the place utterly in love with it. It does also cater for kids which they don't really tell you, i went with my wife & 18 month old daughter and had a fabulous time. I recommend the Mirage for a hotel which has the most beautiful pool and family attractions such as the dolphin habitat and Zoo, while New york New York has an incredible atmosphere in their central park themed casino. Eating out is superb too, try the studio cafe in the MGM for a hidden delight while the ESPN Bar in New York New York gives you sports action while you dine but for just the most amazing view of the Bellagio fountains while you eat right on the strip then you have to go for Mon Ambi Gabi at the Paris hotel, but ensure you get the terrace as its an experience and the food like everything else in Vegas is unbelievable. Go there and fall in love with the place.

Thank you for sending in your review. The community appreciates your feedback. (Report Problem)We love Las Vegas. My wife will not put even a nickel in a slot machine. I am the gambler in the family. But she loves the place. The buzz, the hotels (first class or whatever you want), the entertainment, the restaurants. If you are looking for a cheap but good hotel try the Boardwalk. It's cheap, it's on the strip in a great location.

(Report Problem)Stayed at Cesar's for the first and last time. Found them overpriced offering the same thing everyone else does at twice the cost. Gaming tables difficult to reach and when I did discovered very rude employees. So I did what most would do took my cash to another casino. Lastly did they have to go out of their way to find the oldest drink girls in town. Good Ridance Ceasar's.

(Report Problem)Vegas was ok not all it's cracked out to be. Yes I partied to the fullest but nothing I can't do at home in Seattle. if I want to gamble I can go to the Muckleshoot's Casino. Too much hype for too little pleasure.
