Viva Las Vegas

Just back from Las Vegas and i have to admit its one crazy place. Apart from the jetlag i have no complaints at all. Initially i imagined it to be a seedy and gaudy place but its actually the opposite. The hotels are fantastic and the strip is great fun. Shopping is also fantastic. so much to see and do. The Hoover Dam was also amazing. I miss it so much now and im only back to ireland a few days. Cannot wait to get back there sometime really soon!!!!

Tacky City

False environment, false buildings, can't breathe in summertime outside, ignorant people, poor food. I've been made to go there 3 times on business and it is no place for serious business. Tacky, Tacky, Tacky!

What a place!

I have only been home just over a week, and I am already planning my next trip. It was our first time in Vegas and we certainly can't wait to go back. It is totally out of this world! The Hotels, casinos, shops, I am in love with the Fashion Show Mall!!! Everything is fantastic. A visit to Vegas isn't complete without a visit to the Grand Canyon. It is awesome! Vegas is definatley a place to see before you die!

maybe we will move there

I went there my first time summer of 2005. We stayed at the Excailbur. It is huge & a bit confusing, but filled with families. I would pick a different place if we stayed on the strip the next time, like Mandolay Bay. All were beautiful! Wear your walking shoes. There is more to life than the strip, so I am interviewing for a teaching job there. They seem to have the educational system together much more than Ohio! Even if we don't move ther, we plan to return once a year.

Brilliant

i never thought that i would enjoy it so much, but i did. even though i went in october, it was 30 degrees. great for shopping, gambling, entertainment. everyone should visit it once in their lifetime!!

Everything was spot on. always something to do, and places to see. whatever time of day. only draw back, its way too hot to stay outside without being in a pool. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!

Great city to explore

If you like it HOT, this is the place to go. It is female friendly in every aspect-so ladies enjoy lesbian dating if you so desire. I always have a blast upon each visit. It is beautiful to venture out towards the Mojave desert or Hoover Dam for a nice date. The cost-of-living is affordable and the locals are great people!

Fabulous

Hi, I am from the UK. Last went to Vegas in July having been there six times in all. For me it's the greatest place in the world, stunning hotels, the Grand Canyon (I have been both to the West and South rims), Hoover Dam, Lake Mead - I could go on for ever. I don't gamble - why go to Vegas you might say? - well I love the shopping, the shows, the food, the atmosphere, in fact everything about the place. Can't wait to go again.

Want to Go Back

Not long come back from the magical world of Vegas (the Disney Land for Adults) .. WHAT A PLACE. Went for Three Days as this our first time but was no way long enough to see everything..... Did the Canyon by helicopter and probably one of the greatest things I have ever done what a sight ! The rest of our time was spent wandering up and down the Strip with a trip to the Stratosphere for the Roller Coaster (shame its going (apparently)) and the view.
