Had to pay for parking everywhere(meters).Got a 2 day parking pass, but checked out 1 1/2 hrs after pass expired and got a ticket. Everything is expensive, a real money pit. It's strictly for history buffs, got bored, you can do only so many tours. not relaxing. If you go stay as close to River St. as possible, that's where all the good eating places are, and things to do. Parking is so scarce, once you get a spot, leave it there and walk the whole time. The trolley tour was good. The River Street Oyter Bar is the best place to eat seafood!! The Lady & Sons is good, expect a 2 hr wait. We won't go again. Tybee Island is real nice though. Ft. Pulaski is worth the trip too.
