I am about to go to Miami for my third trip in 3 years, I really love this city. I hang out on South Beach (SOBe) for a few days, sitting in the diners and restaurants for breakfast on Ocean Drive, eating my eggs over easy and drinking some fresh OJ and latte. Its a great way to start the day. The sun is normally beaming, the sea glistening. It really is a great place to go. After breafkast I saunter back along the boardwalk back to my hotel, a quick change and I find a hammock or sun lounger to spend the next 3 hours reading my book. During that time, I need a break from the book, and I go for a swim in the pool, cooling off and perhaps ordering a drink from the bar. Feeling peckish I find a restaurant for lunch and have a light salad and then return for my afternoon shift. Reading some more and a little more swimming. Watching the sun go down with a large gin and tonic, I feel its time for a shower. After showering and dressing its time to go and find a nice restaurant for dinner. Somehwere kike Van Dykes or Sushi Samba sounds good to me. Then its off to the Shore Club or the Delano for a couple of cocktails and then onto a club or back to the hotel should I have run out of energy. I love this place...
