Overall

I was lived in Miami 16 years. I used to live in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago and none compare. Miami is the most beautiful place in Florida. The weather is always perfect year around. The people are inviting and the all around vibe is friendly and relaxing. If you are look for a place to either relax or party Miami is what you are looking for. If feasible I recommend you stay on the beach, close to Ocean Drive. And if you are worried about saftey just remember crime is everywhere....you just have to be smart. Get familiarized with your location and destinations before you set out for them and always be aware of you surroundings and you will be FINE. Miami is a magical place that has much to offer...you will miss so much if you never come on down.
