Aspen, what a BEAUTIFUL place!

After living near the Aspen area (Carbondale), it is definitely a place I'd like to return! It's beautiful atmosphere is breath-taking & almost too good to be true. It is by far the most scenic & beautiful place I have lived! The skiing's not bad either ; )

One of My Favorite Places

You can walk anywhere or take the bus out to Maroon Bells. It is peaceful. You can find hotels at reasonable rates and the same for restaurants. It is beautiful. You take the gondola to the top of the mountain and enjoy the view.

Skiing assessment

As a ski hill has not really added very much over last 10 years. Way behind other world class resorts.

Aspen is great!

Aspen is the greatest place on earth. The skiing is the best in the world. White water rafting is great, too. We visit every year.

You never regret visiting this town!!! If you are looking for cheaper stay, Glenwood Springs would be great.

I love Aspen!!! If only I were rich...

Aspen is a great place...at times it can seem a bit over the top in terms of its glitz and glamour, but its reputation as a wonderful tourist destination is well-earned. The skiing is top-notch, and both the mountains and Aspen itself have been described as "Disneyland in the winter." If you're going to fly in and out of Aspen, just be aware that the airport (ASE) often has to delay and/or cancel flights due to weather. Plan to be flexible if needed.
