San Diego is awesome! It has a relaxed, truely Californian feel. There is so much to see and do. I love Seaport Village, the Maritime Museum, Horton Plaza, Balboa Park, etc. etc. etc. It's also fun to go to Coronado Island. It's a great city, I would reccomend it to anyone.

(Report Problem)I HAVE BEEN TO SD ABOUT 17 TIMES NOW AND ITS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO. ITS SO CLEAN AND SO MUCH TO DO AND SEE,YOU NEVER HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DO IT ALL. I LOVE THE SHOPPING AND I EAT AT RUBIO'S FOR LUNCH EVERYDAY I AM THERE FOR FISH TACOS. THE LANDSCAPING AND SCENERY ARE SPECTULAR. I AM SO AT PEACE WHILE THERE I JUST NEVER WANT TO COME HOME AND EVERY TIME I LEAVE MY FRIENDS HOME I CRY BECAUSE I HAVE HAD SUCH A FANTASTIC TIME I DONT WANT TO GO BACK TO MICHIGAN. I WOULD MOVE THERE IN A HEARTBEAT IF I COULD AFFORD A HOME. IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE I SUGGEST YOU GO. THERE IS NO HUMIDITY/MOSIQUITOS AND ITS VERY CLEAN AND I HAVE NEVER FELT UNSAFE THERE. I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THE FREEWAYS DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC,BUT OTHER WISE THEY WILL GET YOU ANY WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND WILL GIVE YOU DIRECTIONS. I TOOK MY MOM ONCE AND SHE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT TOO. MY DAUGHTER WANTS TO GO TO THE BEACH EVERY DAY AND SWIM EVEN IN DECEMBER. SOME DAY I WILL LIVE THERE IT HAS HAD MY HEART SINCE THE FIRST TIME I STEPPED OFF THE AIR PLANE. I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK...

(Report Problem)Hated the Traffic. Someplaces are good with traffic. Loved the zoo, sea world, old town san diego, historical downtown, and all of the palm trees and white sandy beaches! You'll never have white skin here!

(Report Problem)San Diego is a clean, bright city (the afternoon fog just adds to the atmosphere; it was sunny otherwise when we visited). I didn't get to shop or club as much as I wanted, but enjoyed the zoo, museums, Old Town, and trip to Tijuana. Walking around daytimes was easy and comfortable; evenings were a bit creepier, and without an escort maybe even dangerous. The waterfront was lovely. It's a costly city though; bring plenty of cash. If you stay at a nice hotel with a heated pool, it's a great vacation spot.

(Report Problem)I love San Diego. I've been visiting since I was a kid. There is always so much to do. The people are generally friendly and you couldn't ask for nicer weather in the states. My favorite place to stay is on the Crystal Pier. It's pricey but well worth every penny!

(Report Problem)I love San Diego, it's one of my favorite places to go. San Diego has everything, anything you can think of from beaches and amusement parks, to dance clubs and golf courses. It's next door to Mexico so trips over to TJ are no problem. Some of my favorite spots are downtown (if I feel like a party or shopping), Mission Beach which is right next to the zoo and Sea World, and Old Town for a historic look at San Diego.
