I liked Los Angeles and lived there for two years. It has so much to do for entertainment and its very fast-paced which young people will like. I personally think that the best part is taking a short drive to Malibu and watching sunsets on the beach during the summer afternoons. It doesnt hurt to watch that sunset while your rolling either. LOL!

traffic is unbarable, people are rude, the place is basically a dump! hollywood was the trashiest place i have ever been. hotel, food, everything is very overpriced. go to san francisco instead!

Hit up Redondo for a good time. The weather is also gorgeous. This is a great place to go, unless you have to drive through it alot.

I loved the place. It is big sunny and happy. The food options are amazing. They have all kinds of food option from healthy like salad bar places to Fat Burger and jack in the Box. Santa Monica is lovely. However, does not have the action of South Beach and the vibrancy and energy of New York. Downtown was not impressive.

(Report Problem)I liked to visit but I wouldn't want to live there.
this is one of those places that I can say I enjoyed visting but I wouldn't want to live there. Unless I got discovered and could make it as a successful actress but then I would be dreaming. I liked the fact that there are a lot of different things to do. I went on a couple of tours using a local touring company. This is a smart thing to do because they come pick you up a your hotel and that's included in the price of the tour. I recommend that you take a tour which takes you to Mann's, Hollywood and the Hollywood Bowl. I also took a tour which took us through Beverly Hills and we got to see some stars homes. I one thing that I didn't like was the cab drivers. Just about everytime we got in a cab they claimed they did't know where the street was that you wanted to go to. I think this is just a routine they used in order to increase the cab fare. But then again I could just be reading a lot into that one. I think LA is one of those places everyone should go see.
