I stayed at Tucancun and it was awesome. The entertainment staff was great and they were hillarious. The beaches and ocean are beautiful and the weather was perfect. I can't wait to go back I am already planning another trip in the same hotel. I have done a lot of traveling and Cancun is definatly my favorite.

We just spent Feb 14-19th at the Carribean Village in Cancun. I don't have much space to write, so I will just tell you that this place is awesome! The best beach by far, it is quite small, so it is a very friendly and fun place to stay. It does need to be renovated, but it was clean and the staff all work very hard to make you happy! Food was good-LOVE the Italian! Walking distance to malls and water sports-can't wait to go back!

(Report Problem)Worst Trip Ever!!!!!
We attempted to stay at the Royal Solaris, Cancun and they overbooked by 100 rooms. They attempted to send us to an unsafe area in a Motel that was no comparison in price to what we booked (3 months prior). The people (staff) were terribly rude and would not help us to find a room in a very booked Cancun and we spent 8 hours hotel-less calling hotels, home, and our booking company (Expedia- which were even less help (never use going out of the country!!!!)) After all said and done 2 hotle changes later we had to stay at the Ritz Carolton, which was awesome, however we didn't bring a lot of extra cash due to the first hotel was an all inclusive resort. The last two days were great, but I think that U.S.A. will be vacation sites for awhile. The Royal Solaris in QR Cancun made sure I felt that!!!

Excellent Vacation destination, better the 2nd time I went. The place is just beautiful. Probably the cleanest, safest place in Mexico, they really want those tourist to keep on comming. I loved Xcaret, which I didn't see on the recommended sites. Myself and everyone I know would put this as the #1 thing to see & do. Chitchenitza was also good and not on the list. Pretty much anywhere else is good. However, I would agree with some of the other reviews about Isla Mujeres being a bit too touristic, many of the activities available there are pretty much available anywhere else. But, if you are budgeting, you can probably save a few bucks by going there, but I'll warn you, as mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit gettho.

I stayed at the Mayan palace it was alright but it was 45 minutes from the airport the staff was exelent and it was right next to the beach
