Not Disappointed Great value
This hotel really made my first trip to Cancun very enjoyable, it was just plain fun to stay at, and for the price, and it was worth the “away from all the action” location on the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and acceptable. I did not buy the all-inclusive package but I paid extra and ate and drank at the poolside and the lobby bars. The food was good but due to the buffet style, I recommend eating early when each meal opens and its fresh. The bus station in front of the hotel made transportation to and from all locations very convenient. Although not five stars, I highly recommend this hotel and I have made plans to return here again next year.

it sucked so bad the room smelled like throw up and crap there was a cat that ripped the curtine and the mini bar had mold on it and the worst part was the bug on the ground I dispise your place.

I like the fact that all the hotels were extremely clean, and the grounds very safe. I went three times, twice in March very nice weather for beach, and once in beginning of December, a little cool and a little rainy. Cancun is enjoyable for all ages.

What I love about cancun is the white warm sand, the warm blue crystal water. Their pyramids chichen itza and tulum. There is a paradise called xcaret where you can swim with the dolphins and where you can see papantla flyers etc. I love everything about cancun.

Cancun is a great place to visit ...It is fun for people of all ages....the beaches are beautiful!!!! The weather is always nice and the people are very friendly...I highly reccomend cancun to anyone!!! oh and the nightclubs are awesome.......

My husband and I travel on a Budget... Great news there's a Walmart-Super Center there. We stock on beer, chips and mics, snacks. Came back to out hotel empty our mini bar and to keep our buss. nice and cold. If you could only take one trip with in cancun I say go with XCARET. It beutiful take swiming clothes if you have snorkling gear take it so you dont rent it you go in a river under caves water falls. Get a water camera for great pix. U can swim with the dolphins and and go scuba dive- Its like a amusment park Go see turtles Butterfies so manything to do. Calm Beaches with Hamecks. At night @7:pm The swow starts you see a real maya Potopoc game and a live show with diferent dances. it a really good way to end. the night. We also went to La Isla De las Mujeres Its More like a local mood We rented a golf cart and travel the whole island corner to corner. We also went to see the pyramids Is something really nice because its not every day you get to experience a view like that. If you go take lots of water shorts tank-tops caps and a camera when you get there they feed you a buffet style meal and you have locals dance with beers on heads. We also did the club hopping paid a one time fee and we went to 4 local clubs with a open bar its the best way to do it...Not only because you dont have to be paying once after another but the party is there ... when the party hoppers move the party moves with you it was the best time.. ANY WHERE YOU GO IN THE BEACH YOU WILL FING WHITE SAND AND TURQUISE-BLUE WATER... BREATHLESS. `````I TRULY RECOMENDED A GREAT VACATION

We could not have had a better time with our one-year-old son! The hotel (fiesta americana AQUA) was beautiful and had wonderful service and amenities - they upgraded us to the club floor upon request, where we enjoyed free coffee, pastries and mimosas every morning, as well as cocktails and hors d'ouevres every night. the beach was beautiful and our son thoroughly enjoyed playing in the sand. The only down side was that we only booked our trip for a long weekend instead of a week -- I could have stayed forever!!!

Excellent for relaxation, weather, people, food and sight seeing. Excellent if interested in little bit of history. It is a bit expensive. The exchange rate is no where what is listed officially. You get about 98% of the officially listed exchange rate. You do even worse if you exchange at Newark airport (90%). Flying with Continental was certainly not a good experience. We got bumped because the flight was oversold because there was a change in equipment at he last minute. The agents were rude. Would never fly Continental again if we have a choice. Baggage did not arrive with us. Rude customer service. Incomplete information. We were totally disappointed in Continental. Sheraton Towers and Resort a fairly decent hotel. Get a room in Towers with balcony facing the ocean. The hotel is a bit busy but located conviniently opposite the mall. The beach is good and by about 3 PM the beach is in the shade of the hotel building. Experience with Grayline bus was mediocore. Buses not that great. I was told by a taxi driver that fare from Sheraton to airport was US$18 one way for 1-4 passengers. Hotel gave us the wrong info. You have to get used to the signs:$=mexican Peso versus US$

(Report Problem)Senior Frogs Rip-Off!
Cancun has become too commercial, or "Americanized". Big Name restaurants like Senior Frogs are a major ripp-off! $14 for 4 ribs, bad slaw, and "after" delivering our meals (which all should have come with fries) the Fries never came. After several minutes of trying to find out why, we were told "they were out of fries". They never mentioned it before or after our order. After complaining, misteriously fries appeared after we had finished our overly priced meals and we told them to forget it. Too late, we want a discount. They finally gave us 20% off after declaring we would not pay. And oh, $4.50 US for a pop! $10 US for Burger! Don't go there unless you are going "only" for a party! If so, you better have a thick wallet!
