We justed returned from a trip to Montreal. We stayed at the Sheraton, it was wonderful. The food is incredible, the people were friendly. The best trip in a long time.

The best city i`ve ever visited in North America. The people are friendly, the streets are clean, the atmosphere is outstanding, a wide range of cultures, making Montreal a showcase of world-class city. The variety of restaurants can not be beat. Hotels are clean and staffs go out of their way to make visits memorable. Nightlife is the best. All this is why I`ve been coming back for over 20 years.

It`s a great fun-loving city. I just came from a business trip over there. The winter is cold, of course, but it is compensated by friendliness of the people. The culture is definetly unique. But it is not just French. It is cosmopolitan. There is so much diversity in the city that sometimes you wonder whether it is the same city. One advice: read about Montreal befor you go there. This is something I did not do, so a missed a lot. Now thogh I check what is on the Internet and find a lot of iteresting information about the city. You can visit the official tourist site of Quebec: www.bonjourquebec.com for example, or a few other sites, such as http://www.best-of-montreal.com All of them are different and provide different views of the city. You would appreciate Montreal much more if you know some background information about the city`s history and culture.
