One of the nicest cities I have ever been to. Friendly people, great food and service, lots to see and do. Spent two weeks there in Sept 205 and did not want to leave. On a clear day go up Grouse Mountain. You will need a full day to see and do everything. Also if weather clear take a day trip to Whistler. Spend time in Stanley Park especially the aquarium. If weather not so good go down to Gastown and visit Storyuem or down to Granville Market. Purchase a two day Grey Line City Tour which allows you to hop on and off the bus as often as you wish on any two days, its great value for money. Lots of trips to go over to Victoria but be warned if you go by road from Vancouver you will spend more time travelling than actually on the Island. Dont forget the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge along with its tree top walkways. A city I know I will be travelling back to as soon as i can afford it. Mick UK
