always in my heart

five stars

This is a spectacular city located in one of the most spectacular corners of this planet. One of the few, i.e., NYC, where so many people live downtown! There are so many things to see and do. There is everything foe every taste. From the environmentalist to bar-addict. I cannot count the ways. i have visited almost all corners of earth and Vancouver is and will always be one of the top three places in my heart. Great, spectacular, and totally Zen. I wish I could spend my life here....

Victorious Vancouver

five stars

Storyeum is overrated by the community. Idea is good, but needs work on the script. Capilano bridge and Grouse mountain experience terrific. Anthropology museum was wonderful in content , display. The legends could be better arranged and at eye level without so much reflection Stanley Park is wonderful. The only suggestion would be for bike and skate rental to be available in the park.

staying at the four seasons is great. Its great no matter how old you are. The rooms are a reasonable price, especially if you are from the US. They have godd service and there is a mall right next to it, that has three floors.

Vancouver-Gateway to Canada

four stars

Vancouver is mainly to a place for tourist to settle down before moving off to the rockies and whistler....or even Seattle USA Its a city with activities.... shops dun close too late probably bwtn 7pm-8pm... depending on where you go. I remember Vancouver as a place with lots of Asians and beautiful. Try the Grouse mountain, Capilano Bridge and YES... a ferry to VICTORIA-Vancouver Island...Its a great Canadian feel that you will never wanna forget.Beautiful and wish you were here.... You will feel very english on this nice island and it does makes you ponder how "Anne of green gables" lived then during her time in the 1800s Enjoy and Never Regret!

It was so great, we are looking to move!!

five stars

Traveling to Vancouver was the most amazing experience. I saw some of the most amazing, beautiful scenery of my life. An absolute beautiful city, on the ocean, with gorgeous mountains in the backdrop. This is the perfect romantic getaway from renting bikes on the amazing Stanley Park trail system, to renting a car and driving to Whistler on the Sea to Sky highway 99 through the mountains along the coast line. Some of the best pictures we have taken. We highly recommend traveling to Vancouver.

Very nice but too expensive

four stars

What i liked inVancouver was the atmosphere that you are always welcome to everyone. The food was very good also but every thing had a very high price. Even though i loved going there for 5 weeks and i thought it was really fun, i would not live there.

Vancouver City of Dreams

five stars

Vancouver, in my opinion is the most beatufull City in th world. It has it all mountains, on one side where you can ski or hike at different times of year. The Pacific Ocean on the other and Stanley Park all of these three would make the City special but too have all three is overpowering. Add to this, Robson street (which leads to Stanley Park), Robson, has everybody trying to be on that street from the rich to the beggers, new arrivals to long time locals. Then theres Chinese town, and the fact that you can go to the Opera in the evening or a night club in the evening if you wish, most people can only dream of a city like that and this review has only srached the surface. The locals will tell you it rains a lot, but they know that once you have visited Vancouver you will want to stay there.
