The city is preety nice with very good transportation system. Lots of historical palaces and places to see.Nice architecture. Expensive food and living.

(Report Problem)A 4* better than most (?all) 5* London Hotels
Although a 4* rated hotel The Trafalgar is better than any 5* hotel we have stayed in (in London). It is modern, stylish, and sophisticated inside, with exceptional service. Our room was large and overlooked Trafalgar Square from the SW corner. The barhroom had a shower and a large bath. Breakfast is very good, but for dinner one of the excellent nearby restaurants e.g The Mint Leaf or W'Sens are probably a better choice. The bar is rated No. 1 in London by several critics and has an enormous array of cocktails. On Thurs, Fri, and Sat it is obvioulsy the place to be because it is very crowded and noisy

The place is absolutely amazing! As well as city center with its traditional sights, it's intersting to visit some other places; i can recommend you the flee markets. You can find everything on earth there! The best i know are Camden market(Camden high st, underground statin Camden Town) or Portobello market(Portobello Road). But, as any big city, London can be sometimes unsafe. If you go somewhere late at night, better don't be alone.

I spent only half a day visiting London. I really liked it. I bought a modle toy of double-decker bus which my five-years-old son loves very much. Every city got its own style and problem. As a traveller,better be happy in heart .

There is so much to do in London, great shopping, loads of historical places to see, everything is close by, double decker buses, red phone boothes, Buckingham Palace, lil black taxis, Indian chippies Indian food take out), bed and breakfasts, cuties with great accents, night clubs, English Countryside, I could go on for days you just get so much for very little in price to get there ...my advice bring lots of extra film, and if you fly cheap during the off season wear your wooly knickers it's a damp cold! :)

I lived in London for a year and had a wonderful. I always look forward to going back. The Tower of London is worth seeing. Great happy hours especially in the summer on the bank. There are great clubs for all night partying! and the pubs are always packed especially on a football day. The food is average - you are not likly to find very good pizza or mexican food. Everyone must experience Harrods!
