I will never go again
The service was next to non untill i complained. The manager was crap, my food was running with blood and I ordered a child's burger. The table was pre booked for 22 people and there was only 1 waitress. the children waited over 1 hour to be fed. We arrived at 4.15 in the afternoon and were still being served our deserts at 6.45. The meals were not that great for some of our guests and the children were very frustrated at the time they had to wait. If we ordered starters and some of the other guests did not they had to wait until those who ordered starters had finished before they could put there main meal on order what a fiasco never again the children got extra party bags but no apology was given at any one time oh the meal I had i had to ask for the price to be knocked off the bill but to my astonishment I was ask would I like another not a cat in hells chance thank you very much.

from the moment we entered every thing was fantastic. we recieved a very warm welcome on arrival, there was explanation of a 20 min wait, which was just less the after that the food and service was excellant. never been befor but would defenatly go back and recomend. the kids thought it was fantastic. but Cliff did start to annoy!
