A hidden jewel of Europe!
I just returned from Brussels after a week stay and I am in love with it. Brussels is so underrated...why I do not know. The city is so beautiful and clean. The food is amazing...I did not have one bad meal during my whole stay. Seeing the Grand Place in person is something I will never forget. My husband has travelled all over Europe and he ranks Belgium at the top.

Brussels is one of the best cities in Europe, food is excelent,clubing is awesome best looking clubs ever with a nice redlight District,lots of beautifull women from all around the world, friendly people...Walking at the Grand Place makes you feel great with all the beauty. The subway is clean and safe. Just the cops suck and it rains a lot.

(Report Problem)Brussels Pros and Cons
Just got back from visit to downtown and it was just teeming with people. Downtown had lots of shopping and lots of restaurants but the city seemed a bit dirtier than other European cities. Didn't feel comfortable moving through some areas downtown - lots of places closed on Sat late morning and no information booths/city maps. Reasonable, clean and modern accommodations and great food at St. Catherine's Restaurant Downtown Residence.

People are so friendly, the food is good, (the beer is better!) and the sights are so pretty and interesting. It is definately my favorite place in all of Europe!!! I definately would go back as soon as possible!
