gREAT AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE

THERE SEEM TO BE TOO MUCH DRUG RELATED CRIME. THE DRIVERS WERE RUDE AND EVERYBODY SEEM TO BE IN A RUSH. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. THE OCEAN WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE NIGHT LIFE WAS EXCELLENT.

Great for: Beaches, Scuba/Snorkeling, History/Culture, Nightlife, Budget Travel

DYING TO GO BACK!!

PUERTO RICO IS THE BEST PLACE EVER, JUST IMAGINE EVERYTHING IN JUST ONE PLACE,THE COMFORT OF THE LIFE IN THE STATES PLUS, THE BEACHES, EXCITING AND AWESOME NIGHTLIFE, EXQUISITE FOOD , FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND YOU CAN GO ON A ROADTRIP ALL AROUND PUERTO RICO IN JUST ONE DAY!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BEATUFUL ISLAND FOR AN UNFORGETABLE VACATION.

The geat dream.

The experience is increreble. Another World.Great experience.People are polite, greatfull, autentic and frienly. They give to you the best of the culture, the smiles and the colors of the atmosphere is so true, you feel you are looking a big and beautiful picture.THe best thing is you are there. You are not see a picture for vacation.

AMAZING CITY!

I LOVE LOVE puerto rico. I have to go at least twice a year. Im even moving there soon. ITS enchanting,breathtaking and so full of life. The people are so unique, warm, beautiful, and so comforting, and welcome you with lots of love as we would say "con carino". The night life is amazing and its a city you can't get enough of. It has all the quality and comfort of new york with a caribbean twist. you'd have go there to understand.

Don't ignore the riches of San Juan

San Juan is a 3-hour flight from New York so it is very convenient. Old San Juan is home to Fort San Cristobal and El Moro, which give a good history lesson and a great view of the ocean. The Pablo Casals Museum, the San Juan Cathedral, El Arsenal are worth a look. A ferry ride across the harbor takes you to the Bacardi Rum Plant; you get a tour of the plant, there is a small museum, and you get a sample! Native Puerto Rican food can be found at La Danza and La Mallorquina in the old city. There are also interesting day trips, to Ponce and its world-class art museum, the Caves at Rio Camuy, the largest observation dish in Arecibo and an Indian ballpark and museum in Utuado. This island, and the City of San Juan, makes for a wonderfully interesting vacation.

SOOOO BEAUTYFUL

I loved San Juan's beaches. Also, I visited Ponce and Aguadilla. I spend 10 days in Puerto Rico on December 2004 and I already have my plane tickets for April 22, 2005. I had been in Mexico, Venezuela, France, Italy and Spain, but Puerto Rico is much beautyful. Place that you must go: Ponce, El Morro, Crash Boat on Aguadilla, El Condado and if you have a chance you should go to Fajardo. You can rent a car and go around the island. Also, Plaza America Mallis a nice place too you can find all kind of stores like Macy's, Starbuck, and much more.

The place to be

There is so much to do. You can go to the beach, the rainforest, horseback riding, cave exploring, body rafting, hiking, snorkeling, diving, surfing or just plain sunbathing. It is an amazing place; the old city of San Juan is full of wonderful sight seeing places like museums, galleries, and old architecture including many old churches, port, and lots of history. You can also visit the wonderful Bacardi Factory, it is fun and you get 2 free drinks per person (18 yrs or older with rum). The best beach I think is Flamenco Beach in Culebra; it is a small mission to get there but worth every minute. It is great for snorkeling and for kids because it does not have much surge. It has many nice hotels with good casinos and amazing nightlife.

you have to come once in your life

don't go to san juan expecting it to be completly diffrent than life in the states. life here is just like home but with more latin flavor

I Look forward to going again!

I loved the weather and the atmosphere. The beachs are beautiful and the people are great! Many things to see and do, I enjoyed every minute of it.
