Overall

I am a Malaysian but I stay about 60KM away from Kuala Lumpur. I got a chance to visit KL due to a business trip and stayed at one of the busiest hotel, Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. As I checked-in, every hotel employee was very helpful and friendly. This include from the Doorman, Cleaners, Service personnel and Telephone Operators. During the day, the city was magnificient. With the the tallest building in Asia (KLCC), it was breath-taking. Everything is availaible under one roof. Food was one of my favorite and I manage to taste from fast food to authentic Malay Cuisine. After the rush hour, Kuala Lumpur start to glow. All night spots starts operations. All kinds of people is on the street of 'Bintang Walk'. Either eating, shopping or just admiring the lights of the city. Open air food stalls is also availaible and it is very resonably priced. By 10pm. most night spots like, pubs, disco's and live entertainment is packed. Especially on Friday night. Traffic was terrible through-out the day & night. I was lucky, I didn't drive. The public transport was also efficient. From buses, taxi's and trains is availaible within the city. I would recommend all visitors to use the public transport instead of driving. Unfortunately, I had only a day stay which, I did not cover the whole city. There were places that I wish to visit on my next trip. The Parliment House, National Musium, National Mosque and many more.
