(Report Problem)This city left me in awe.... I never experienced anything like this. The energy and the atmosphere blows American city life. Tokyo truly lives up to its name. I could never replace the times I spent in Tokyo. I cant describe my experience during tokyo in words. When I first arrived in Tokyo from LAX, I took a step outside and knew that I was entering something that would leave a scar on me for the rest of life. High rise apartments, night life, high rise skyscrapers, friendly people, the rich culture, and the food makes Tokyo the frontier of city life and the mecca of tranquillity. I will come back to Tokyo soon (:p)

(Report Problem)it was amazing. for the best expeirience i do not recommend hotels and fancy restaurants and such. i recommend staying with an everyday family for at least a month. then u will know what it really means to be japanese. its the only way to truly expeirience the culture.

(Report Problem)Most astonishing city on the planet, New York and Paris don't even come close. Ancient shrines and soaring glass skyscrapers. Because the city's so large, the transit system's pretty complex. Akihabara and Ginza at night are a must, and if you get a chance, watch the early morning fish auction or hit the slopes at Ski-Dome! Gotta spend more than a few weeks to taste just a fraction of what this place has to offer.

(Report Problem)This city is wonderful! Very clean compaired to any U.S. city of even half it size. The people are friendly and willing to go out of thier way to help bridge the language gap. Also for a city its size it's relitivly safe. the mass transit systems make it a breeze to get around. Things get a little high priced ( like the $22.00 Mt. Fuji burger from hard rock cafe. Which is a great burger by the way) but that's normal for any large city. This is a great place and if you go I recommend taking the train to some of the surronding cities in the mountains for a day. Very beutiful.

(Report Problem)tokyo's amazing. u better stay longer, say, at least a month. a bit expensive, though. many traditional and modern attractions. clean and organized. the trains are ontime to the second. most people are friendly, and would try to understand your speaking in english. they have very detailed information and guide for tourists, help a lot while u're travelling. i would recommend visiting in "sakura" and "ume" season(early spring), or autumn. not summer. and u should check other parts of japan, coz they are amazing as well. oh, they have great food in tokyo. actually they have everything in tokyo, all u have to do is look for it. japanese food are weird at first taste, but u'll miss it a LOT after the 3rd try... just go there!
