Colca Canon
I was born in Peru and have been back several times. The most expensive thing about the trip has been the plane ride. I have visited the Colca Canon in Arequipa and had a wonderful time.

Lima is by far the largest city in Peru, but most visitors stay here no longer than necessary as a stopping over point for excursions to the Andes or Amazon. Metropolitan Lima is actually comprised of over a dozen cities with San Isidro, Miraflores, and Surco being among the more attractive to tourists. Crime is a problem in many areas and there is much air pollution. Visitors should rely on bottled water.

Peru is the best country you could visit. It has a lot of excellent places. and if you go to Peru you need to visit Lima, the capital, and Macchu Picchu, Cuzco. If you don't go to Peru you haven't go anywhere.

I thought Lima was a wonderful place to visit, you must be careful especially in large crowds as you do in any large city. Also you should be careful of some taxis as some of them will overcharge you. Lima also has some really beautiful churches as well.

great city, great people, wheather is really wet, in winter time but this is not really a problem, this is a very good city full of places to go and have very good time. this is a 500 hundred year old city, so you can learn a lot of spanish, peruvian and south america history

I loved Lima because the people is very friendly, the night life is awesome, in every place I went they treated me as a king, and Lima has tons of places to visit. You must be careful, walk in groups and everything will be ok.
