Can't wait to go back

It was a paradise. I would advise any person that has a chance to go. DO IT ! It is the best trip I have ever had, bar none. The only problem I had was dealing with the depression of coming home and dealing with everyday life again.

rio de janiero party after party

I like mardi gra season similiar to new orleans, it has a bit of flavor to san diego the coronado bridge and a bit to el paso with statue of christ which is similiar to el paso cristo rey,I like the music. sight of popular movies.

Take me back!

I stayed in Rio for three weeks w/ a friend whose family lives their. Rio is just an amazing place, the beaches are incredible and they have the most beautiful women ever!! The food is so good and cheap, I must have gained at least 10 lbs after I left. The traffic is crazy and I was warned about safety issues, so I was really worried when I took the bus, I just kept my mouth shut so I wouldn't stand out w/ my English...just use common sense. But I still had the best time...I would go back to Rio in a second, I would even live their!

I really cannot wait to go and spend New Years in Rio!

Rio de Janeiro is a great city to go visit, it is very beautiful place, the people is very friendly, the food is great and the prices are also good. Rio de Janeiro is a magic place to go on vacation, it has wonderful hotels, do not hesitate in going to Brazil.

The most beautiful city on the planet...i can't wait for another vacation. People are so amazing, the culture, the girls have the best body i ever seen... People were trying to scare me saying about violence; when i arrived i could see that it's exactly like the others big cities i was, and a lot of tourist police around.

The Truth About Rio

I lived in Sao Paulo briefly for work related purposes and everyone told me to go to Rio before returning to the US. After some experience in Brazil's other, "violent," city, I figured I could handle Rio. And, I did. It is a beautiful city and the people are what make it all the more so. It is inexpensive food and accommodation-wise, there are nearby sights worth investigating (the literary festival in Paraty, for example) and world class museums and beaches to enjoy. You need only common street sense and a proper guide book. There are also plenty of safe, touristic options if you don't think you can handle it without help. Big cities are the same, for the most part, everywhere.
