More than just a party place!

Don't get me wrong - Cairns is a hot spot for backpackers looking for a good night out! Your Australia experience isn't complete without a boogy on the tables at the Woolshed! However, there is loads more to do in and around Cairns. This is the gate way to the Great Barrier reef - and the Scuba Diving is fantastic... especially for beginners! We took a trip with 'Noah's Ark' and were treated to an excellent introduction to scuba, and a sun soaked day at sea. Not to be missed!

Great for: Scuba/Snorkeling, Nightlife, Budget Travel

Great Place

Great place very clean and safe place. If your from Australia I suggest to rent a car. You wont have problem looking for parking or driving on the road.

love the cairns

i love this place its beautiful and laid back the great barrier reef is easily accessable and the wheather and atmosphere is great!!!

Cairns-Never Miss it!

I love cairns next to tassie...great fun and lovely place to be at.. If you love adventures, here is the place to be at... Sky diving, river rafting, hot air balloning and thereafter to a champange breakfast..wonderful holiday!!

I would Love to live here

Great City with doors to the great barrier reef and the awsome rainforests. If your lucky you might see a croc or two so be careful where you go. Plenty of day trips to the reefs and a train to the forests
