FYI to all travelers - Charleston, SC is a MUST DO for 2005!! My wife and I live just 4 hours away and make it to Charleston several times a year. Charleston is a first class destination. TONS of charm and history. Very friendly people. We've done all the touristy stuff (Aquarium, Ft Sumter, Hyman's) and are always looking for something unique. One of our favorite things is just walking around town. If you have time, check out one of the history or ghost walking tours. We've done em all and the best by far is Bulldog Tours on Market Street. They offer something like 4 or 6 different tours. www.bulldogtours.com if interested. First class restaraunts as well - SNOBs, Magnolias, Peninsula Grille, Boathouse are all wonderful.
