(Report Problem)New York is one of the most amazing places in the world. Everytime I arrive here I hit the ground running. It will take you about an hour to feel as though you have been there forever and there is nothing that you can't find. The Subway is amazing, not scary and very easy to negogiate get to A - Z in about 10 mins. The taxis are a rip off and only really take on if you are leaving the airport (Only on arrival, bus it back) or if it is really warm/cold otherwise walk everywhere and take ni the sites. Shopping is good but if you have time visit Woodbury Common about $15 in the bus and trust me the bargains there are outstanding. Chinatown is another world where you can find anything be prepared to haggel. Hotels can be shoddy so if you are bothered where you stay pay a wee bit extra if not you can get some good, clean budget hotels. Try to go to tourist attractions ie Empire State Building early otherwise the cue will be able 3hrs New York is my second home but it may not be everyones complete cup of tea but I am sure there will be a little sugar cube that will get your tastebuds going

(Report Problem)We went in May 2005 - this is a good hotel down near cheslea - really well designed even if the rooms are a bit small. Only complaint is the that the lobby is really dark, and smells a bit like a public swimming pool!

(Report Problem)I just love the big apple city. With friendly peoples around and various of good foods. A lot of amazing things which I've never seen before in other countries like the gay parade. It's so cool. What I don't like about New york, I guess the cleanliness is not so great especially in china town. Overall, I just love the city so much coz it has given me alot of good memories.
