(Report Problem)My daughter and I went to New York and we both fell in love with The Cloisters. It's land that Rockerfeller once owned. He sold it to the city with the stipulation that it could never be developed. Defenitaly a must see. Also, Confetti Pasta is a must for serious pasta lovers. We found this place by accident, but if you go to Manhattan, look it up.

(Report Problem)I've been to New York so many times, and each time, there's something new to do or see; it only gets better. Last time I went was July '03, and discovered Bryant Park! It's gorgeous. Ringo and his All-Starr Band were playing there. And, you've got to go see Letterman if you can! You can make your visit as expensive or inexpensive as you want. There are so many choices--buy your food at a deli or on the street, or go to an expensive, first class restaurant. The same goes for transportation--take the subway, or hail a cab. Can't wait to go back; I need my fix!

(Report Problem)If your idea of romance is fighting thru crowds of rude people all dressed in black and looking like they are running from "Jason" then this is the place for you. I liked my tour of San Quintin better.

(Report Problem)I had two bad experiences visiting New York City with my wife. People were not polite or helpful to us. Eveyone had their hand out for a tip encluding the elevator man in the Plaza. This was a few year back but it is fresh in my mind. Bus drivers when asked to advise us when to get off ignored us and we traveled way out of our way and got lost.

(Report Problem)I love the many landmarks and the romantic restaurants. Nothing is more romantic than dining at Tavern on the Green and going to a wonderful Broadway play.

(Report Problem)NYC is romantic? I don't think so. Overcrowded, crime-ridden, and not that clean.
