Larger than life, bigger than you dare expect, most exciting, most fun, most things to do and a photography fans dream. The people are great, you can't get lost and its safe. Great value, great experience and we've just had our third long stay holiday in this fantastic city. Visit Bronx Zoo,take the Statten Island Ferry, walk Brooklyn Bridge, take the 59th St tram,do the very moving Harlem Gospel tour.Walk as much as you can.Buy a guide before you leave home and plan each days activities that way you,ll see more and miss less.

(Report Problem)The hotel itself is very well situated. The accommodation is sub-standard, our room was on the 3rd floor and we were part of a party of fourteen spread out over different floors. On the second night we had an unwelcome visitor of a mouse. When I rang reception they didn't seem suprised and moved us to the 9th floor. Two days later one of our party had the same problem with another mouse.

(Report Problem)To stand at the top of the Empire State Building when you have seen it so many times in the movies is unbelievable. We did everything that is NY, all pre planned so we didnt waste a minute in December 06 the day after the christmas lights were switched on. It was magical, breathtaking and unreal all at the same time. We saw it all by shuttle bus, ferry, helicopter ride and of course our poor feet! Everything was as i imagined it would be and more, it was the holiday of a lifetime!

(Report Problem)I found the cities buildings, history and landmarks breathtaking. Very interesting and much to do, Empire State, Staten Island, Ground Zero(heartbreaking), SATC tour were all but a few we seen in New York. Food was decent and decently priced varying from district to district. Most disappointing was the absolutely rudeness of the New Yorkers. I have never had the misfortunate of dealing with people who were so rude and utterly angry all the time. I wouldn't let this deter me from visiting New York again but the big apple's buds did leave a sour taste in my mouth!!

(Report Problem)i just loved new york, i loved the christmas decorations, i loved the attractions, i loved it all. You can't beat new york, it makes you want to go back again and again (which i am)! Stayed in the Hilton which was a nice, may have expected it to be a bit more cosy but it was more that perfect for how long we stayed in the room. Bit wet in mid December and very busy - but it didnt take anything way from the visit. Cant wait to go again
