Overall

We visited the Trevi fountain twice,once at night which was really spectacular and then briefly during the day whcih was still good but didn't have quite the same impact. The fountain is well worth a visit and should be on anyones itenary visiting the city, but beware the touts. They hang about especially at night with cameras around their necks and bunches of Roses and they are a monumental pain in the a**e. they won' take no for an answer, constantly get in the way when you are trying to take a photo and generally get in your face. In short they really managed to spoil the whole experience.
