It seems this delightful place has not deteriorated in the 30 years since I was a regular diner. Is the music still exclusively Mozart except of the time of prayer? And is the menu written only in French, not Italian? Lovely place.

(Report Problem)An excellent value for a memorable meal in the historic center of Rome. Location is very close to Piazza Navona, setting is palatial with high ceilings, chandeliers, white linen tables. Service is cordial, but remember that the servers are not professional waiting staff but nuns from all over the world. The most memorable part of our dinner was when the nuns sang Ave Maria in candlelight with one nun doing a ballet dance. What an experience!
Great for: Romantic Dining, Cheap Eats

Thank you for sending in your review. The community appreciates your feedback. (Report Problem)Amazingly unique, with excellent food. The nuns who run the restaurant are incredible. It's very touching when everyone stops what they're doing to sing Ave Maria.

(Report Problem)Good food, wine, service and will. I wouldn't dream of visiting Rome without eating (and singing) here.
