Come for the food, leave for the cooler temps
Great food at a very cheap price, but can be very hot in certain months and has dangerous traffic with pick pocketing.

the vietnamese food is fantastic.i believe it's the best food in the world because of the diversity, tastiness of the food and the quantity of dishes available to you. and even more, the price is incredibly affordable, if not to say, cheap! and Pho is a must to try when you come to VN. if u've never tasted it, you never come there.

I enjoyed a visit to Viet Nam in 2003, especially Ho Chi Minh City. The robust atmosphere created an enthusiastic approach to life that showed the spirit of a noble people. They are and should be proud.
