A relaxing Quick Get away

I have been on holiday to Dubai 4 times, it is so convenient to get to. A shortish flight and guaranteed sunshine when you get there. Wonderful hotels, like the Ritz Carlton and Le Merieiden Mina Seyahi await. Great service from the staff and pool side bars that mean you can order a cool drink from the pool without having to get out. Ideal for a 3 or 4 night trip. Trips on boats are really worth the money too.

Dubai ( Emeriates towers hotel)

I stayed in the Emirates twin tower hotel. It is a brilliant modern hotel. The rooms are extradinary with modern art/paintings, big comfy beds, marble bathroom with amazing baths, fresh fruit every morning and an amazing view of the city and desert for miles. In the hotel there is a range of restaurants from Japanese, Asian, Chinese to steak house. The hotel is even connected to a small shopping mall full of designers and cafes. There is also a pub connected to one of the restaurants, which is nice and big with a European Irish pub kind of feel with the music loud. Dubai is very different than the rest of the world in they are not aloud sell alcohol outside of hotels so its not the kind of place where you got out the town and go from pub to club. There is nothing like that outside of your hotel so basically you stay in your hotel, which is like a small village. During the day there is a shuttle bus that goes from the front door of the hotel to the private beach in the Jumeriah hotel. It is a gorgeous clean beach with bamboo shelters tennis, restaurants and an outdoor pool next to the ocean if you don't like swimming in the sea . the shopping malls are all massive spotless and full of all type of shops, for everyone’s price range. I would recommend going on the bus tours if you want to find out interesting information about Dubai I found it very informative. Dubai is all arranged and targeted towards tourists so no mater who you are where you’re from they all treat you like royalty and they are honestly nice it is not one bit false! There is plenty more I could talk about but I will leave that up to you to find out!!

Delicious Dubai

This place is incredible they are lucky to have struck gold with all the oil its sensational the lights its like a much more glamourous and better version of new York. Only one word ... SPECTACULAR.

Wonderfull Dubi

Dubi is amazing, i have never had a hloday like it. It is complete luxury, the buildings and the beaches are amazing. We stayed in Jamaira which had a lot of places to go and drink and dance unlike what i was led to believe. If you go to Dubi go to Jimmy Dixx it is a good bar with a band that plays everynight, good laugh and girls get free drinks on ladys night. I cant wait to go back iv been missing it ever since coming back in June. I would also recommend you go to the maridian hotel, it has an all you can eat and drink buffee for 145 Dirhams which is like 18quid and the food was of very high standards and from every quisine. If you want a glass of wine you get the bottle, great egh.

the biggest building site on earth

in a few years dubai will be really nice. i will go back, but not till 2010 at least. if you do go now, make sure your hotel is not in the middle of a "development area".

holiday in dubai

My husbandand I went on holiday to Dubai in January and it was fantastic so much to great shopping till you drop great price,s as it was the festival time and lots of goods are reduced at this time so make sure you holiday then I beleive it happens 3 to 4 times a year we mixed in the old and the new dubai visited the gold market that is something else beach areas really nice food great sel people very pleasant and helpful when you get a burger its fresh salad crisp food side was very clean we also had taken a trip round the bay and that was something else treated like a king and queen food free drink free service on board was great and alo meeting different people of all nationalities will be going back sometime maybe dec jan but I say also fantastic golf courses we visited the montgomery one and it was lovely weather in jan was very pleasant it was warm we wore shorts and tops during the day went on the safari but would say leave that to the young ones as we are 66yrs but hey we tried it out I did enjoy the experienc and the calm in the desert there is so much to do , eat ,and be merry would reccomend this holiday to anyone and the flight was great I was dreading it and I didnt once get bored so much going on and so well looked after if any on requires any imfo please send e mail

I can't forget those days

Dubai is a hot city where every body enjoys the sun and the sandy beachesthe most impresive thing is the luxuries hotel which is the most epensive one in the world.

Lights they cut so bright

You are in Dubai for longer than 2 weeks would like it or not ? the answer to this question from each person will be different depends on who you are(things u like and things you dont) , where do you come from , and why you are there. Some will enjoy it and some will be lost and feel like he is in a space ship waiting to go back to earth .

A must see in the middle East

Dubai is an amazing experience and a must for anyone visting the middle east- dubai has a ambeince unbeatable anywhere esle. definatly worth it with things to do enough to fufill the whole family
