The land of hills

Super visit once again. It was my 6th time there. Never get tired of the Galician culture and charm. Weather was excellent. Great place to visit if you want to stay/become fit. It the hilliest place I've ever been. I don't know how they drive over there! Good places to visit include: Islas Cies (€15), Samil beach, Bailaidos (Celta Vigo stadium), El Corte Ingles (Shopping Centre-Gran Via), Castrellos (Park), Numerous pubs and cafes (El Gato Negro y Remember y Nemo). Ryanair fly from London Stanstead to Santiago De Compostela (Cheap). Santiago is around 100km from Vigo and costs approx €5-€10 euro on train/bus. And that's it por ahora!

Great for: Beaches, Scuba/Snorkeling, Hiking/Camping, History/Culture, Nightlife, Budget Travel
